Riley Gaines is best known for her anti-trans activism after she tied for fifth place at a college swim meet with transgender swimmer Lia Thomas, and she has been trying to make a living off that for years.

“Fall is around the corner,” she said in a video she shot in her car. “You know what that means, the season where everyone seems to catch something is quickly approaching.”
“That’s why my family likes to stay stocked up and prepared, especially with trusted medication on hand,” she continued, bringing up Ivermectin and saying she likes to have it in her house “just in case.” She then discussed an online pharmacy selling the medication and shared an affiliate link.
