MAGA host says Taylor Swift must “submit” to Travis Kelce after wedding: “You are not in charge”

Anti-LGBTQ+ MAGA influencer Charlie Kirk went on a sexist tirade about Taylor Swift’s engagement to Travis Kelce, saying that he hoped getting married would make her more conservative and less empowered.

“I think there’s actually something here that we should all celebrate,” Kirk said on his Real America’s Voice show. “How often do we on this program talk about the three M’s make you a better citizen and more conservative, which of course is mortgage, marriage, and mating.”

He said Swift’s liberalism could be explained by the fact that “she’s not yet married and she doesn’t have children” but that marriage could “de-radicalize” her.

“I want them to have lots of children,” Kirk said. “It teaches you something about yourself… Taylor Swift might go from a cat lady to a JD Vance supporter, and I think we should celebrate that.”

He said until now, the billionaire pop star was “not a great role model for young women” since she prioritized her career and got engaged in her mid-thirties. But now, he said, “There’s a great chance to change that. It’s a great chance for Taylor Swift now to get married and have a ton of children.”

“If she ends up having children, she’ll stop this kind of liberal endorsing Joe Biden nonsense,” he continued. “We want Taylor Swift on Team America. We want you to leave the island of the wokies.”

He then encouraged Swift to “reject feminism” and “submit to your husband.”

“You are not in charge,” he said, adding that if she doesn’t change her name to Taylor Kelce “you don’t really mean it.”

Kirk is known for his racist, sexist, and anti-LGBTQ+ rants. Earlier this month, he claimed Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) is trying to “eliminate the white population” after she slammed Texas Republicans for redistricting plans to drastically reduce Black voting power in the state.

He has also called trans people “an abomination” and said transgender identities are “against our senses” and “against the natural law.” He once said, “The transgender thing happening in America” is “a throbbing middle finger to God.” Bizarrely, he posited in 2022 that transgender people are trying to turn human beings into machines.

Kirk, the founder of right-wing student group Turning Point USA, has also said that being gay is an “error” and has compared homosexuality to alcoholism and drug addiction.
